I got my BabyBjörn product as a gift, is it still covered by the BabyBjörn warranty?
Yes! Our warranty is valid for the first user of the product, whether that be the purchaser themselves or the gift recipient.
What products are covered under the BabyBjörn warranty?
The BabyBjörn warranty applies to products in our current range. If you have a product that is no longer in production, please contact our Customer Service at care@babybjorn.com or submit a request through the BabyBjörn Help Center.
Under the BabyBjörn Warranty, will you repair or replace my product?
If we find that your product is defective, we will either repair or replace it at no cost to you. We will also cover the shipping fees to send the repaired or replaced product back to you. Please note that the only options available for defective products are repair or replacement. Refunds are not provided under this warranty.
