The Story Behind Our Airy Mesh
It all began with a little wet patch. Back in 2005, we decided to let a handful of families with tiny tots try our mesh baby carriers. The response from parents was like a lightbulb moment: "Could this finally bid farewell to that bothersome belly sweat!"
You see, the beauty of carrying your baby close is also a recipe for heating up, with both parent and child generating body warmth. In 2005, there weren't any mesh fabrics gentle enough for newborns. Most mesh was reserved for things like protective gear, healthcare, and sports. So, we rolled up our sleeves and created a super-soft mesh just for babies. And that's how our journey began.

Three Flavors of Mesh
Our breezy mesh fabrics are quick-drying and durable, retain their colors, and resist wrinkles. Crafted entirely from polyester, they feature a complex hole pattern that ensures optimal airflow—making them perfect for warm, humid climates. Polyester's the secret ingredient here; it soaks up moisture and quickly wicks it away.
Within our product line, we combine three types of mesh fabrics, each bringing their own unique flavor to the table to ensure our products get the properties we want and the features you need.

This is a spacer fabric with vertical monofilament yarns between the face and back layers, which creates an air pocket. This design makes the fabric breathable and eliminates the need for padding, making it lighter, more flexible, and incredibly airy.
Supportive Mesh

Sturdy and without elasticity, this mesh is perfect for the harnesses in our baby carriers because it adds support. We also use it in our fabric seats to optimize the airflow and lightness of our baby bouncers.
