Return Policy
Returning an Order From the BabyBjörn Website
Please contact care@babybjorn.com if you need to return a product(s) from your BabyBjörn order. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted BabyBjorn, Inc.’s customer service prior to sending the item(s) back. Any package returned without a valid return authorization will be refused.
A return must meet the following criteria to be accepted for a refund:
Returns will only be accepted for orders that have been received within the last 30 days.
You can return all or some of the items in your order if you are not satisfied. The product must be in new condition and in its original packaging. A restocking fee may apply to any items returned in a used condition or without original packaging.
Gift wrapping, return processing, and shipping fees are nonrefundable.
If you have purchased BabyBjörn products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
How to return an item:
1. Contact care@babybjorn.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Send an email, text, or chat to our team M-F between 9am-6pm, or fill out your details here.
Include your email, order number, and items to return in your message.
2. A return form will be emailed to you with your Return Authorization number. If you have lost the returns form, you can download a new form. Send it together with the item in its original packaging inside a sturdy box.

Make sure our address is clearly visible on the package.
4. Returns must be returned prepaid. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a trackable shipping service such as USPS package tracking, UPS or FedEx.
In-person returns will not be accepted.
5. Once the original item(s) are received at BabyBjorn, Inc., your refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase (excluding shipping and gifting costs) as soon as possible. BabyBjörn, Inc. may delay the credit until you have shown proof that the item has been returned.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made on orders received within the last 30 days. The right to exchange only applies to items in new, unopened packaging.
If you want to exchange an item, contact the Care team with the order details and specify the item to be exchanged. The team will direct you with instructions for how to return the item and receive the new product or store credit accordingly.
BabyBjörn, Inc. may delay the credit or new order until you have shown proof that the original item has been returned.
Claims
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service department via email as soon as possible. Do not dispose of any parts of the order until the team has reviewed your details.
