The BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier Active is our popular all-round baby carrier with comfortable back support for improved carrying support. It has been enhanced with an adjustable back support that provides comfortable stability for the lower back and helps take the weight off your shoulders.

The baby carrier has an ergonomic design that provides the proper support for your child’s head, back and hips from birth. The adjustable head support can be folded down so that the child may be carried facing forward when he or she is a bit older and able to hold up his or her own head.

The baby carrier is simple to put on and take off, and easily adjusted from the front. Moreover, the front piece can be opened entirely so that you can lift out your sleeping child without waking him or her.

Cool and breathable mesh fabric
The mesh fabric is the ideal choice for a warmer climate. The breathable mesh fabric keeps both you and your baby pleasantly cool and comfortable. The main fabric is our specially developed 3-D mesh with excellent breathability and moisture-transporting qualities. It also dries rapidly after washing.
Pure and soft organic cotton
Caring for the next generation. The organic cotton is grown and manufactured in compliance with strict environmental regulations. It is certified in accordance with GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), the most widely recognized international standard for organic textile manufacturing.
Tested and safe
All fabrics are kind to your baby’s delicate skin and completely harmless to taste. They are approved in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100, class 1 for baby products, which guarantees that they are free from harmful and allergenic substances. The fabrics also meet both European and American safety standards.

From newborn (at least 8 lbs and 21 in/3.5 kg and 53 cm) up to 26 lbs/12 kg.

The textiles closest to the child have been tested and approved in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100, class 1 for baby products. They are guaranteed harmless to children’s sensitive skin and will not trigger allergies.

Carrying positions
When the child is older and has a stronger neck, the head support can be folded down allowing the child to be carried facing forward and to have a look around.
