It feels as if the BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier Active is too tight for my child. What should I do?

The BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier Active is designed so that the child's center of gravity comes closer to the carrier, in order to enhance carrying comfort. Since the center of gravity is closer, it can seem as if the baby carrier is tighter on your child. The BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier Active is, however, 26 mm/0.1 ins wider than the BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier Original and BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier Air.

The BABYBJÖRN Baby Carrier Active was developed to be used by children from the time they weigh around 3,5 kg/8 lbs, and it gives excellent support until they weigh 12 kg/26 lbs.

Make sure that the sliding buckle is set according to your child's length. It is also important that you pay attention to, and listen to, your child. If your child does not feel comfortable, he/she will let you know.
