• Entry is open to residents of New Zealand only.

• The Competition begins Monday Feburary 14th 2011 and ends April 31st 2011

• Winner will be drawn 28th May and notified by email. Winners details will also be published on the home page www.babybjorn.com

• Prizes will be awarded based on skill and the most creative answer will win. Chance plays no part in determining the winners

• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

• Prizes will be posted to the winners

• All information becomes the property of BabyBjorn and may be used in future marketing exercises.

• The winners hereby agree to allow the Organisers to publish the winners’ names, and winning descriptions on the internet at no fee

• All participants and winners indemnify the Organiser, its advertising agencies, advisers, suppliers, and nominated agents against any and all claims, damages or loss howsoever arising, including but not limited to willful misconduct or negligent act or omission arising from their participation in this competition.

• In the event of any dispute whatsoever, the decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
